The size, colour, artwork, or other requirements provided in the approved brief were missed by us, and the customization was not completed accordingly.
The buyer changes their mind and no genuine reason is provided for the refund request.
The buyer is not satisfied with the quality of the finished iron-on patches.
The buyer is not satisfied with the design after approving the digital proof before it was forwarded to production.
The buyer does not remain responsive during the refund process or fails to provide the required information.
The buyer involves a third party, such as a friend, family member, or lawyer, instead of making the claim directly.
Iron On Patches Canada reserves the right to review and refuse a refund claim if it does not meet the applicable refund terms and conditions.
